David Harkness, Global HOT for Clifford Chance

David Harkness has been promoted to Global Head of Tax at Clifford Chance. Mr Harkness joined the firm in 1987 as a trainee and has taken over from Douglas French. The firm has over 200 tax lawyers across its international network of offices which makes Mr Harkness responsible for a pretty impressive fee base.
