New Senior Tax Managers for Deloitte in CIS

Deloitte have hired two new senior tax managers in the CIS. Moscow
office has hired Elena Hanson, a Russian national who is joining from
KPMG in Canada. Elena is joining to strengthen the Oil & Gas team.

In Kazakhstan, Deloitte have hired Jacques Thesnaar to lead tax
services from their Atyrau office. Jacques is a South African who was
formerly with PwC in Almaty.
