A dearth of Tax Policy experts

The Ottawa government is considering the creation of scholarships to encourage more people to specialise in tax policy work. There is a real dearth of independent tax expertise and the federal finance department would like to rectify this. The draft proposal would involve CAN$125,000 per year being spent on 4 scholarships.
