David Harkness new Executive Finance Partner at Clifford Chance

David Harkness, currently the Global Head of Tax, Pensions and Employment at Clifford Chance, will be made Executive Finance Partner with effect from 1 May 2006. He will split his time between the management role and fee-earning. David Childs is the new Managing Partner.
