Andrew Unitt new FD at Experian
Experian®, the global information solutions company, announced this week that it has appointed Andrew Unitt as Finance Director for its UK and International businesses. Andrew was formerly Managing Director of Boots Healthcare International (BHI).
Andrew became Director of Finance for BHI in June 2002 and was appointed Managing Director in September 2005. While in this role Andrew was instrumental in BHI’s sale to Reckitt Benckiser for £1.926 billion which concluded in January 2006.
Andrew joined Boots in 1995, and held a number of positions within the Boots group, including Director of Finance for Halfords before joining BHI. Prior to Boots he was Finance Director of the Liquid Milk division of Dairy Crest, and before that a management consultant with Price Waterhouse.
