Martin Payne joins MacIntyre Hudson as Tax Principal

MacIntyre Hudson has appointed Martin Payne as a tax principal in the London City office. He joins from Morley & Scott where he had been a senior tax partner since 1987.

Mr Payne specialises in all aspects of tax advice required by owner managed businesses, including profits extraction, executive incentives, MBOs and MBIs, mergers and aquisitions, demergers, exit planning, corporate restructuring and VAT.

According to his bio, Martin relaxes by indulging his passion for music, having formerly taught cello, and by tending to the garden at weekends on his estate in Provence. No wonder he looks so healthy !
