Mohler, Nixon & Williams promotes Dave Welsh to Tax Partner
Mohler, Nixon & Williams has announced the promotion of two of its senior managers to partner. Kevin Maddock has been promoted to partner within the firms audit department and Dave Welsh assumes the position of partner in the tax practice. These promotions continue the firm’s mission to emphasize organic growth.

"Dave Welsh has grown with the firm since he joined over 14 years ago and has become well versed in the tax issues of the valley’s technology companies." Dave specializes in tax planning and compliance for corporations which includes extensive experience in providing domestic, multistate and international tax work for clients ranging from seed start ups to publicly traded enterprises. In addition to his experience in working with companies, Dave works in collaboration with the firm’s estate and wealth management group, providing executives and high net worth individuals assistance with issues of income tax, and estate and trust tax planning and compliance.
