Pim Bertels new Chairman of Loyens & Loeff

The composition of the Board of Loyens & Loeff N.V. has changed. Pim Bertels (53), tax advisor, has been appointed as Chairman, succeeding Philip van Hilten.

Pim Bertels joined the firm of Loyens & Volkmaars in 1975, and became a tax partner in 1988. Pim Bertels gives tax advice to Dutch listed and family-owned companies, with a special focus on takeovers and restructuring.
