Homburg Invest appoints Tax Lawyer Hartmut Fromm
Homburg Invest Inc. has appointed Mr. Hartmut Fromm to its non-statutory Advisory Board. The appointment was effective as of July 1, 2006.
Mr. Fromm is a senior founding and named partner with the law firm, Buse Heberer Fromm, in Germany. He has extensive experience in corporate law, international tax law, trust law, European Union law and EU corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions and banking and securities.
Most recently he has advised on taxation matters in the refinancing, sale and purchase of parts of de Haviland/Canadair and Dornier. He is on the Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards of 10 other leading companies in Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
