New Tax Counsel for Clifford Chance New York

Christopher Roman has been made counsel in the Tax Group in New York.

He focuses on real estate investment trusts, private equity fund formation, mergers & acquisitions, capital formation, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets and financial products. Prior to joining the firm, Christopher was an associate with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York and Los Angeles. Before that he was a senior manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group of Ernst & Young LLP. He received his L.L.M. from New York University School of Law, his JD from the University of Akron School of Law and his BS in Accounting from Indiana University.
