Saronson made a tax partner with Debevoise & Plimpton
Matthew D. Saronson is resident in the London office of Debevoise & Plimpton and a member of the firm’s Tax Department. He was promoted to partner in June 2006.
His practice focuses on advising sponsors and investors on the tax aspects of international private equity funds and representing private equity firms and companies in connection with cross-border acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Mr. Saronson joined Debevoise in 1997 and was resident in the firm’s New York office before joining the London office in 2003. Mr. Saronson received a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1997. He earned his B.A. from the University of Massachusetts (Amherst) in 1994.
