Terry Geldbach becomes Chairman of Modular Concepts

Terry Geldbach has been appointed a Director and Chairman of the Board of Modular Concepts Inc. Mr. Geldbach has considerable experience in business management and income tax matters having worked for the U.S. Treasury Department and representing his clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
