Richard Goodman to control tax & treasury functions at Pepsi
PepsiCo Inc. has announced that its chief financial officer, Indra Nooyi, will become chief executive.
Nooyi’s appointment is effective Oct. 1 and she succeeds Steve Reinemund.
PepsiCo have said that Nooyi’s current responsibilities will be divided between two executives. Richard Goodman, currently the finance chief of PepsiCo International, will assume the position of chief financial officer for the corporation with responsibility for tax, treasury, control, and risk management, as well as audit and investor relations.
