DRS Technologies Names Jason W. Rinsky as Senior Vice President, Corporate Taxation
DRS Technologies, Inc. has announced that Jason W. Rinsky has joined the company’s corporate office as senior vice president, corporate taxation. He will report to Richard A. Schneider, the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer.
In this new position, Mr. Rinsky will serve as a key member of the corporate finance team. He will be responsible for all aspects of taxation, as well as the global tax organization.

Mr. Rinsky previously was employed with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he worked in various positions of increasing responsibility, providing tax services to multinational corporations. Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Rinsky worked in the tax department of KPMG, LLP in Short Hills, New Jersey.
Mr. Rinsky earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College and Juris Doctorate and Master in Business Administration degrees from Seton Hall University.
