Jeremy Cape joins DWS London from Shearmans
Denton Wilde Sapte has expanded its Taxation department with the appointment of new senior solicitor Jeremy Cape.
Jeremy advises on all aspects of corporate taxation, specialising in corporate restructurings, cross-border financing, international capital markets issues and property-related tax issues.
A seven years PQE lawyer, he rejoins Denton Wilde Sapte following stints with US law firm Shearman & Sterling and the private office of the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer, prior to which he had worked for Denton Wilde Sapte since 1997.
“We are extremely pleased to have Jeremy back on board again. I know that with his expertise he will make a significant contribution to the team,” says Tax department head Charlotte Sallabank.
Denton Wilde Sapte’s Tax department is made up of nine solicitors, including four partners.
