Keith Butler announced as VP, Tax for Duke Energy’s electric business

I reported a few weeks ago that Duke Energy is separating its electric and gas businesses and that Steve Sobell will be leading the tax department for the Gas business.

Duke Energy has now named the future finance leadership team for its electric business, including:

David L. Hauser – group executive and CFO
Keith G. Butler – vice president, tax
