New Head of Tax for Fox Williams

Fox Williams has been joined by Stephen Lane from Pinsent Masons as partner to head up its tax practice. Stephen has been a tax partner for eight years and prior to the merger, was head of tax at Masons for six years.

Stephen has extensive experience advising on UK and international aspects of corporate finance / M & A transactions, property, outsourcing and the structuring of investment funds. He has a particular interest in structuring cross-border transactions & projects and has also worked extensively with US clients.
