Vantis recruit Chris Page as Head of Employee Incentives
Vantis has appointed Chris Page as Head of Employee Incentives – a newly-formed service. In his new role, Chris will be providing specialist advice to clients on employee incentives; an area which is growing in popularity among both employers and employees because of its impact on performance, company growth, motivational effects and tax benefits.
Chris’s previous experience and expertise equip him to provide advice relating to all aspects of tax approved (especially Enterprise Management Incentives or ‘EMI’) share option plans, share awards and cash based plans, including plan design, implementation, post implementation management and corporate governance (for listed companies) as well as advice on employee and company tax issues, and the impact of corporate transactions and restructuring in connection with employee incentive arrangements.

Chris joins Vantis from Deloitte & Touche, where he was senior manager of the Executive Compensation Consulting Group. Prior to this, he spent two years in the tax group of Jones Day Gouldens, following three years in the Employee Share Schemes Group of Linklaters & Alliance.
