Jim Jooma joins MRI Moores Rowland as Head of Tax
MRI Moores Rowland is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Head of Tax. Jim Jooma joins from a Group A firm where he was a Tax partner. Jim is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. He has over 23 years experience in Tax, including 6 years with his last firm and 15 years prior to that with two of the Big 4 accountancy firms.
Jim has advised a wide range of corporate and personal clients on structuring their business and personal assets tax efficiently. He has extensive experience of advising on tax aspects of property transactions, mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate reorganisations, IPOs and share based incentives.
