Mark Schneiderman joins benefits advisory firm Chernoff Diamond as a Partner

Chernoff Diamond & Co., LLC, a leading benefits advisory firm providing both strategic advice and comprehensive administrative services, has announced that Mark J. Schneiderman has joined the firm as Principal Partner and Director of their Compensation and Human Resources practice.

Mark Schneiderman is a noted advisor to corporate executives and boards of directors on the use of executive compensation, alignment strategies and organizational processes to achieve business objectives. Mark’s qualifications and experience have led to extensive work in global corporate transformations, middle market and large company merger integrations and business turnarounds. His expertise in the areas of compensation planning, corporate governance, performance management and organizational change are well noted and consistently documented in widely read reports and publications. Mark holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Case Western Reserve University. He is the founder of Schneiderman Associates, a highly successful compensation planning & human resources consulting firm which he is merging into Chernoff Diamond. Mark will work out of the New York City and Long Island offices of the firm.
