Shiv Mahalingham joins Chiltern as Head of Transfer Pricing

Chiltern plc has announced the appointment of Shiv Mahalingham as Head of Transfer Pricing at Chiltern. Shiv previously worked at Ernst & Young and has vast experience in advising FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies in all aspects of transfer pricing and tax effective supply chain management.

Shiv has recently led a number of high profile projects ranging from the use of brand management companies to thin capitalisation health checks of private equity backed leveraged buyouts. He also spent two years in industry establishing the in-house transfer pricing systems and documentation of a major Fortune 500 company.

Prior to embarking on his career in transfer pricing, Shiv played three seasons of basketball in the Southern Conference of the English Basketball League.
