NEW TAX DIRECTOR JOINS PKF UK TO SUPPORT FIRM’S GROWING REAL ESTATE SECTOR

PKF Accountants & business advisers has appointed Marios Gregori as a director of corporate tax to provide specialist tax advice to the London office’s growing real estate client base. With 20 years’ experience within the tax profession, Marios joins PKF from RSM Robson Rhodes where he spent eight years in a range of tax management roles. Prior to that he was at Levy Gee for six years.

Marios specialises in property taxation and has advised many large UK property groups on various transactions and tax-efficient property structures, including a recent new 1 billion pound property fund.

At PKF, Marios will be working closely with Mark A P Davies, head of London real estate, advising clients on a wide range of issues such as REITs, international property investment and the proposed Planning Gain Supplement.
