Parente Randolph promotes Lenart to Tax Principal

Robert J. Ciaruffoli, chairman and CEO, Parente Randolph, LLC, has announced that Brian Lenart, has been promoted to Principal. He previously held the position of Senior Tax Manager in the Firm’s Pittsburgh office where he will remain in his new position.

“We are pleased to have someone with Brian’s experience and expertise in tax services in our Firm,” Ciaruffoli said. “This is a well deserved promotion, and we look forward to his contributions as we continue to grow, while providing our clients with the service they expect.”

Lenart, who has been with Parente for 3 years, supervises the Pittsburgh office’s tax practice and provides various tax compliance, consulting and value-added tax services for many of the Firm’s clients on both the federal and state level.

His extensive accounting background includes past employment as a tax consulting senior manager for two national tax accounting firms. His experience includes managing and supervising tax assignments for clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, professional service, financial service, healthcare, retail and distribution. Lenart has provided Contract Tax Services for clients by managing and assisting with the entire tax and accounting function. He has also specialized in federal and state consulting services for both public and private clients.

Lenart earned a bachelor of science degree in Accounting from Duquesne University. He holds membership in the Association for Corporate Growth, Financial Executives International and the Pittsburgh Technology Council.
