Philip Blackburn promoted to tax partner at London firm Lubbock Fine

Philip Blackburn (age 33) joined Lubbock Fine in May 2002 as a senior tax manager specialising primarily in the domestic tax issues of owner managed businesses. Due to the Firm’s international client base, Phil’s responsibilities have since developed and now also include advising both personal and corporate clients upon various international tax matters.

In an announcement yesterday, the firm confirmed his promotion to partnership.
