City Oakleaf Partnership Limited is a new and vibrant HR recruitment consultancy. They are now a year old and the business is going from strength to strength. With an already impressive and diverse client list they recruit at all levels on both a permanent and interim basis.

As a result of an increase in workload Oakleaf are now looking to recruit someone to work alongside one of the Director’s to establish a new division focussed solely on the areas of reward/compensation/benefits/share plans/management information systems/expatriate. The ideal individual for this new role will be a graduate with experience either in compensation and benefits or will have worked in a management or benefits consultancy. In order to succeed in this small and rewarding business environment you must be enthusiastic, able to deal with a constantly changing business environment, have confidence to deal with clients (both in person and over the phone) as well as be highly success driven!
