Tim Crosley joins London Law Firm, Memery Crystal

Tim Crosley has joined UK law firm, Memery Crystal.

He has extensive experience in many areas of corporate and property tax work, including VAT and SDLT, advising on company and business acquisitions and sales, joint ventures, reorganisations and mergers and demergers focusing in particular on the insurance, telecoms, energy and leisure industries. He is listed as a leading individual in the field of tax law in the 2007 edition of Chambers.

Tim was formerly a partner with Clyde & Co, whom he joined in 2003, having previously trained and qualified at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from 1994.
