ARRIS appoints Clayton “Brant” Sharp as VP Tax

ARRIS has announced that Clayton “Brant” Sharp has been appointed Vice President, Tax, reporting to ARRIS Chief Financial Officer, David Potts.

Sharp joins ARRIS from Teleflex Inc, a diversified industrial company engaged in the design, manufacture, and global distribution of specialty-engineered products, where he was Vice President, Tax. Previously, he led the tax function at Georgia-based Roper Industries and served as Assistant Director of Tax at Rollins Inc. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is a C.P.A.
