Mark Rayner joins Deloitte CIS as Senior Manager, Expatriate Tax

Deloitte’s CIS tax practice has hired Mark Rayner as senior manager in charge of the expatriate tax service line.

Mr Rayner joins the Moscow office in December 2006, having previously run his own practice based in London, UK. Mr Rayner has extensive expatriate tax experience – his earlier career involved leading expat teams at Ernst & Young in Moscow and London, and then working as a Tax Director with the boutique UK private client firm, Buzzacott.
