David Mellor leave PKF to join HCW UK

David Mellor is joining Horwath Clark Whitehill’s corporate tax team from PKF and will also be involved in the firm’s international tax work. David has specialised in the taxation of companies and their shareholders for over 15 years. His background is in corporate and international tax, corporate finance and cross border deal structuring and M&A.

A member of the Quoted Companies Alliance tax committee, he has particular industry expertise in mining & minerals, hotels leisure & tourism, telecommunications, software & IT, media & advertising and football.
