Euromoney Private Banking Awards 2007: Credit Suisse Named “Best Private Bank in Switzerland”
Credit Suisse has been named “Best Private Bank in Switzerland” in this year’s Euromoney Private Banking Awards, for the second consecutive year. The Euromoney Awards for the “Best Private Bank” in Gibraltar and Monaco also went to Credit Suisse.
The rankings are based on a qualitative and quantitative survey supported by quantitative data provided by the participating banks. The survey also includes competitors’ perceptions of the best performing providers in defined client and product categories.
According to Euromoney, Credit Suisse’s nomination as “Best Private Bank in Switzerland”, for the second consecutive year, indicates the excellent quality of their products and services in this location and reflects the recognition of other private banks operating in the same region.
Ulrich Korner, Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Switzerland, commented: “The Euromoney award as “Best Private Bank in Switzerland” emphasizes our excellent market position in an intensely competitive environment. The award provides further motivation in our efforts to constantly develop our services and products. I believe that even a mature market like Switzerland offers a range of opportunities for further growth.”
Urs Dickenmann, Head of Private Banking Switzerland, added: “We are very pleased with this award. It is a recognition of the expertise and commitment of our staff and an expression of the good reputation that we have in the sector. The award confirms our efforts to understand our clients’ requirements precisely and, thanks to our comprehensive, personalized advisory process, always offer them tailor-made solutions.”
