Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP Partner, Joel Nitikman recognized at Canadian Tax Conference

Nitikman has been awarded the prestigious Douglas J. Sherbaniuk Distinguished Writing Award. This award, named after the late Douglas J. Sherbaniuk, formerly the Foundation’s director emeritus, is awarded annually to the author of the best writing undertaken for the Foundation in the previous year. A committee of experienced tax professionals is convened to make the selection.
Joel Nitikman is recognized by Lexpert as one of Canada’s leading corporate tax lawyers and AV Peer Rated (the highest possible rating) by Martindale-Hubbell. He focuses his practice on resolving tax disputes between taxpayers and federal and provincial authorities.
