FSI Tax Corp Names New President, John Gourdin
FSI Tax Corp, a Maryland–based tax resolution company, promotes Operations Director John Gourdin to President of the company.
Gourdin joined FSI Tax as the Case Manager Supervisor where he was responsible for overseeing FSI Tax case work. He implemented steps to enhance service quality and efficiency. He was then promoted to Operations Director and tasked with overseeing the company’s case management and sales processes.
FSI Tax Founder Phil Fewster said the company values the opportunity to promote from within whenever possible. This strategy, he says, provides the company with upper management comprised of individuals who are familiar with the industry, the company and its clients.
“It takes more than a competent leader to grow and direct a company, especially one that is charged with the responsibility of defending and protecting taxpayers from an entity as powerful and intimidating as the IRS,” said Fewster. “John understands the importance of our work and, moreover, the value of our clients.”
Gourdin sees enormous opportunities to help FSI Tax further its mission to help taxpayers resolve their tax problems with the IRS. He also said that taxes provide unique challenges to taxpayers and believes his company is positioned to help taxpayers with these challenges.
“The IRS tax code continues to change, and staying on top of the latest developments while continuing to provide superior service to our clients will remain our top priority,” said Gourdin. “Our clients are very fortunate that we have an outstanding team of experienced tax professionals working on their behalf.”
