Hewitt Associates Boosts Share Schemes Capability with David Tuch
Hewitt Associates, a global human resources services company, has announced the appointment of David Tuch to its Executive Compensation Consulting team based in the UK.
Tuch brings considerable knowledge of advising companies on executive compensation, in particular the structuring and implementation of remuneration strategies. He joins from Deloitte, and his past experience includes spending over 20 years at KPMG where he was the partner responsible for setting up its executive compensation practice. Tuch is also a qualified chartered accountant.

David Tuch is a regular speaker at conferences and writer of articles on share plan design. He was the joint author of the leading UK book on the taxation of share schemes and served on the Government advisory group formed in 1999 which assisted with the introduction of Share Incentive Plans and Enterprise Management Incentives.
