K&L Gates promotes Ronald Aulbach to Tax Partner
Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP (K&L Gates) has announced that a number of their lawyers have recently been elected to join the law firm’s partnership, effective March 1, 2007.
This list includes Ronald T. Aulbach, currently a tax associate in the Pittsburgh office. Here is his bio:
Mr. Aulbach is a member of the K&L Gates’ Tax practice group where he concentrates his tax practice in the areas of corporate, partnership, and federal and state tax controversies. Mr. Aulbach’s corporate practice includes the representation of clients in taxable transactions and tax-free reorganizations. In the partnership area, he has structured joint ventures and represented clients in other transactions involving complex partnership tax issues. Mr. Aulbach also has represented clients in tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service and Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
