Several Tax Promotions at Sutherland Absill & Brennan

The firm has announced the election of 1 new tax partner and 4 new tax counsel, effective January 1, 2007.
Thomas A. Cullinan practices mainly in tax controversy, representing taxpayers in tax litigation and in a variety of administrative settings, including audits and administrative appeals. He is now a partner in the Atlanta office.
New Tax Counsel:
Todd A. Lard practices in state and local tax policy, planning and controversy.
Matthew G. McLaughlin concentrates his practice in the federal taxation of international mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, as well as all aspects of international tax planning.
Victoria Aine O’Connor practices in complex federal tax audit and litigation matters and the federal taxation of domestic and international corporate reorganizations.
Amish M. Shah focuses his practice on tax controversy and domestic and international tax planning.
