Merrill Corporation Appoints Brett Scribner Vice President of Corporate Finance

Merrill Corporation, a leading global provider of technology-enabled services for the legal, financial, real estate and other corporate markets, has announced Brett Scribner joined the company as Vice President of Corporate Finance of its operating company Merrill Communications LLC, in September 2006. He is responsible for Tax, Risk Management and Treasury Operations.

Scribner is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and most recently worked for Deluxe Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Corporate Tax and Real Estate. He has also worked for Cray Research and Deloitte & Touche. Scribner graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Business Taxation.
