Matthew Pascual has moved from New York to Prague to become the new senior manager within the human capital team of Ernst & Young. Pascual has extensive experience with tax schemes related to sending employees abroad. Pascual has worked at Ernst & Young since 1996. He is scheduled to spend two years in Prague.
