New Chief Tax Official Appointed in Russia

Former deputy chief of the Federal Tax Service, Mikhail Mokretsov, was officially named head of the agency yesterday.

Mokretsov replaces Anatoly Serdyukov, who was designated Defense Minister by President Vladimir Putin in a Cabinet reshuffle last Thursday.
