Thompson & Knight LLP elects a new tax partner, Robert D. Probasco

Established in 1887, Thompson & Knight LLP’s practice focuses on the energy industry, and the Firm has extensive resources in litigation, tax, insolvency, and international energy matters. Robert D. Probasco, a member of the Firm’s Tax Practice Group in Dallas, focuses his practice on IRS audits and appeals and tax litigation. He has represented taxpayers in tax disputes covering a broad range of issues. Probasco is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. He received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2000 and a B.S., with distinction, in Industrial Administration from Iowa State University in 1974.
