Horwath UK appoints 3 new tax partners
Three new tax partners have been admitted into the Horwath Clark Whitehill (HCW) partnership, bringing the total number of partners to 67.
HCW, a top 20 firm of assurance and business advisers, has reported significant growth across key initiative areas and UK fee income over the past year. The partner appointments will boost the firm’s corporate group in particular and are effective immediately:
David Ford joined HCW ten years ago and has been appointed partner in the Professional and Private Clients group in London. A chartered tax advisor, David has played a major role in business development for this group. He specialises in working with clients in the media and entertainment industry as well as international personal tax.
Robert Warne has been promoted to partner in the firm’s VAT group. Robert joined HCW over 20 years ago and his remit will be to strengthen the team and consolidate the firm’s reputation in this area.
Chris Denning joins HCW’s Thames Valley offices following a following a successful career with KPMG as Tax Director, providing corporate tax advisory services to entrepreneurial owned businesses. Chris will help HCW continue to provide first class specialist taxation advice to entrepreneurial and growing businesses in the Thames Valley as well as advising overseas companies wishing to establish a presence in the local area.
