Another new tax job board
Yet another tax job board has been launched. TaxVacancies.com (http://www.taxvacancies.com) issued a press release in March 2007 saying it is a new global tax jobs portal. This domain name was previously used by Peter Beuvink, who is based in Australia, as the trading name for his tax recruitment firm. The domain is still run by him, but it looks like he has spun off his recruitment business into a company called Search International.
This said, it is all rather confusing, because most of the (49 Australian) job listings on the board look like they have been posted by the job board itself ! The site also states that it is the first global tax jobs portal. I don’t think so guys – you missed the boat by a mere 3 years ! See eTaxJobs
The current job boards specialising in tax include Tax Talent in the US, CareersinTax in the US/Canada, Taxation-Jobs in the UK, TaxCareersOnline in the UK and InternationalTaxReviewJobs.com (which showcases only 3 tax jobs!). TaxVacancies.com is the latest to launch.
