Mohler, Nixon & Williams Announces Promotion of 2 New Tax Partners

Mohler, Nixon & Williams is proud has announced the promotion of three of its senior managers to partner. Stacey Dell and Jason Adkins have been promoted to partner within the firm’s tax department, and Liana Felix assumes the position of partner in the audit practice.

Jason Adkins specializes in tax planning for high net worth individuals and their related business entities. He advises his clients in the areas of compensation, stock option planning, and taxation of investments, including real estate investment properties, and trust tax planning and compliance. In addition to his experience working with individuals, Jason works with venture backed and start-up technology companies in the areas of tax planning, incentive planning and growth strategy issues.

Stacey Dell is experienced in the complex tax planning and compliance issues of public and privately held companies, partnerships and other flow-through entities. Stacey advises clients on federal and multi-state tax planning as well as compliance matters related to their specific business operations. In addition to her experience in business tax, Stacey provides a wide array of tax compliance and planning services for individuals.
