New Jersey based Friedman LLP merges with Wealth Management Firm

Friedman LLP has announced that Schwartzbard & Goldman has merged with the firm, adding experienced tax advisors and wealth management expertise.

Michael Goldman comes to Friedman as a tax partner, while his previous firm’s co-founder, Michael Schwartzbard, serves as a consultant. Also joining the firm are tax principal Scott Testa and six additional staff.

The three bring decades of experience helping healthcare define and achieve their fiscal goals. Their sophisticated tax, financial planning and advisory services will enhance Friedman’s client service and business development efforts.
