IMG Appoints Lisa Nadler Senior Vice President, Treasury, Tax and Risk Management

IMG, the world’s premier sports, entertainment and media company, has announced two key appointments in the company’s finance department.

Lisa Nadler joins the company in the role of Senior Vice President, Treasury, Tax and Risk Management, responsible for treasury, tax and risk management matters. She will be based in New York and report to Terri Santisi, IMG’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer.

Nadler joins IMG from Gartner, Inc., the leading provider of research and analysis on the global information technology industry, where she served as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations. At Gartner, Nadler was responsible for all treasury, tax, equity and investor relations functions. She also led the company’s capital market transactions, including a secondary offering.
Earlier in her career she was Vice President, Corporate Compensation and Benefits at Citigroup. She earned her bachelor of science degree in engineering from Lehigh University.

Also joining the company is Matthew Allen as IMG’s Vice President, Treasurer, responsible for the company’s global treasury operations. Allen will also be based in New York and report to Nadler.

Allen joins IMG from IAC/InterActiveCorp, the interactive conglomerate, where he served as Assistant Treasurer, overseeing the company’s global treasury operations including: investment management, allocation and performance of the company’s fixed income investment portfolio, as well as a variety of forecasting, positioning and account structuring issues.

Earlier in his career, Allen worked at Microsoft, managing the team responsible for the software company’s global cash operation. He earned his bachelor of science degree from Arkansas State University.
