Former Rolls-Royce Tax Director joins Exostar

Mr. Addi joins Exostar from Data Systems & Solutions (DS&S), a technology venture founded by Rolls-Royce and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He helped double profitability at DS&S, which rapidly grew to become the acknowledged market leader for high-value asset analytics. Mr. Addi is credited with introducing strong operational processes and helping to scale the business. Earlier, as Director of Tax for Rolls-Royce North America, he managed cross-border financing, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and economic development.
