Marine Harvest hires CFO from Norsk Hydro

Jorgen K. Andersen has been appointed as the new CFO for Marine Harvest ASA.

Mr Andersen joins from Norsk Hydro where he was CFO, a position he has held since 2004. He has been employed by Hydro since 1986 and been responsible for a number of international projects related to acquisitions and restructuring throughout the Hydro group. In this period he established and headed Hydro’s global tax department. In the period from 1981-1985 Mr Andersen was working for the Ministry of Oil and Energy.

He holds a Master degree in business and has a post graduate degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He also has postgraduate studies from IMD (Switzerland) and London Business School.
