SCHNEIDER DOWNS APPOINTS NEW SHAREHOLDER

Schneider Downs & Co., Inc., an accounting and business advisory firm, announces the appointment of a new shareholder, Daniel P. Phillips.

Dan has more than 12 years of experience in the areas of tax planning, research and compliance and international tax for both closely held and publicly owned businesses. He serves clients in the manufacturing, transportation, professional services, real estate and construction industries. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Dan is the co-chairman of the firm’s transportation industry group, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
