Ashurst hires new tax partner in Frankfurt
International law firm Ashurst today announces the appointment of tax partner Matthias Kuhn in its Frankfurt office. Matthias Kuhn joins the firm from the Frankfurt office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Matthias Kuhn has extensive experience of advising on the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, real estate and ECM transactions, as well as providing tax advice in relation to corporate restructurings, financial products and investment funds. He joins tax partner Klaus Herkenroth and brings the total number of Ashurst partners in Germany to 19.
