Lenka Mrazova and Marek Romancov appointed directors at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Tax and Legal Services Prague
Lenka Mrazova will be responsible for advice related to the preparation of corporate income tax returns and for managing of financial and payroll accounting department.

Lenka Mrazova has been providing tax advice for more than 15 years. She focuses mainly on providing tax advice to investors entering the Czech Republic and leads the team preparing corporate income tax returns. She graduated from the University of Economics in Prague and is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic and a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic.
Marek Romancov
Marek Romancov will be responsible for providing tax services related to transfer pricing. He specialises in companies active in the automotive sector.
“Transfer prices enable companies to substantially optimise their overall tax burden in a legal way; this ultimately leads to increased market value and has positive impacts on cash-flow. Transfer pricing can also help to optimise utilisation of investment incentives in the form of tax relief,” said Marek Romancov.
Marek has been working as a tax advisor for more than ten years. Since 1997, he has been focusing extensively on transfer pricing. He has taken part in projects that involved optimising and documenting transfer prices and negotiating advanced pricing arrangements with the Czech tax authorities. Marek has been involved in a number of projects for automotive companies covering tax optimisation or restructurings.
He holds an economics degree from Prague’s Charles University. He is a registered tax advisor and a member of the Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA).
