Bryan Cave London hires Mark Cawthron
Mark Cawthron has joined the international law firm Bryan Cave LLP in its London office.
Cawthron, who will be a partner and member of the firm’s Tax Advice & Controversy Client Service Group, has experience in UK tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, real estate and employment-related tax advice (such as share-based incentives).
